I am blessed and GRATEFUL ~In my recovery of multi addictions ~ MY recovery Started 18th May 2000 using Cosmic intervention a 12 Step Program.& Inner-bonding.
The process of uncovering MY childhood sex abuse or trauma from beatings from the adult male abusers,its different for each person. Some people have been waiting all their lives for a safe space to let their stories out and it does not take long for difficult material to surface. I required a base of self learning and self-care first, I needed to make some important life changes before opening up and remembering MY past. with the help of divine source ~ a 12 step program & meeting rooms, A sponsor,Internet self help groups,therapists and Inner Guidance from within my higher self. Oneness
